How much will my copayment be?

Copayments vary based on your insurance plan. Please reach out to your insurance company for more information.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Current clients are able to set their own appointments using their client portal(link under Clients tab). New clients, please contact us using the contact form or calling or emailing us.

I don’t have my insurance card with me, can I still receive treatment?

Insurance information is needed to verify benefits. A copy of your card is needed for treatment and will be uploaded into your chart for future reference.

I have never talked to a therapist before, what will the session be like?

Sessions vary based on what the client needs. It is important to come into your session with an open mind and an idea of things that you would like to work on. Your therapist serves as a guide to help you meet your goals.

How is therapy different from talking to a friend or family member?

The difference is when you talk with a therapist, you are working with a trained professional who can teach you skills and help you to see things from different perspectives. Therapist also listen without making judging or making assumptions. Therapists are also bound by law to keep sessions confidential so "your business will not get out".

How long will I have to stay in therapy?

Time spent in therapy varies from client to client. It is important to trust the process and allow yourself to take the time you need to heal.

How do I get the best out of treatment?

You can get the best out of therapy by being open and honest with your therapist as well as being an active participant in your therapy session.
